All Yellow puppies due Feb. 2nd and ready to go around March 23rd. This breeding is a line breeding on Hilltops Hayseed and we are very excited to see this pairing in action. Ruby is a high drive dog but very biddable and very manageable, her desire to please makes her a blast to train and run in tests, Ruby passed her first senior hunt test at 13 months old and titled at 14 months old going 5 straight and only handling on 1 bird. As a 2 year old she picked up 2 master passes and Jammed the only qualifying she ran. In 2022 we plan on finishing her Master title and going for her QA2 title. Ruby is a talented and intelligent dog and is from a repeat breeding in which we got our other female Oakley, Ruby has shown to be equally as talented as Oakley, showing great consistency in the bitch line. Some of the dogs you may recognize in her pedigree include, Rebel With A Cause, Candlewood's Ramblin Man, Ebonstar Lean Mac, Cody Cut A Lean Grade, Hilltops Hayseed, NFC Dewey's Drake of Moon Rivers, and many others.
Floyd is an exceptional retriever. He won a derby and an open the same weekend. When he finished the Derby, he had 29 Derby points (3 wins, 13 starts, averaging over 2 points per trial). He earned his FC with an Open win at 27 months old that also qualified him for his first National Open in 2019 at 2 years old! He went 5 series at that national and then went on to qualify and go 8 series at the 2020 National Open in Giddings, Texas. He finished his 2020 season at 3 years old with 22.5 Open points averaging 1 point per start. Floyd went 8 series in the 2021 National Open. Floyd's stats are impressive for a seasoned, older dog yet he is just getting started! Floyd is currently the high point open dog in the nation for 2021 and accumulated 50 open points this year.Floyd was chosen as a stud for our litters not only because we were looking for a line breeding on Hilltops Hayseed but because of his consistency, Floyd has at least 2 litter mates with over 20 derby points, qualified all age and are now accumulating all age points and are well on their way to FC AFC titles. At only 4 years old he already has offspring having a lot of success in tests and trials. Possibly the biggest reason we chose Floyd is because of his trainability, He is very level headed and intelligent, He takes little pressure to train. He has the ability to take pressure, learn from it and move on, a very desirable trait, especially for the amateur trainer. If this dog is truly going to be a member of the family this is the breeding for you.

All yellow puppies due Feb. 8th. Ready to go around March 29th. We are very excited about this pairing and we believe these should be some fantastic dogs. Oakley is a very intelligent dog, loves to hunt and marks extremely well. She is very talented but also very biddable, very easy to train, Oakley is the kind of dog anyone can run but still has a lot of drive, Oakley is truly the most well rounded dog I have ever trained, she has been a pleasure to run in the Masters and is a pleasure to have in the hunting blind. My 8 year old daughter Junior titled her without a fail, I then ran her in Seniors without fail, She now has her Master hunt test title and qualified for the 2021 Master national. Her pups have been very amateur trainer friendly just as she is.
