Cougar is a hard charging retriever with plenty of drive to come up with the bird in any given situation. He will wait patiently all day waiting for birds and never whine or vocalize in any situation. You simply wont ever hunt over a finer dog, whether hunting upland or waterfowl Cougar makes the experience as enjoyable as possible. Cougar is an outstanding marking dog and although now retired from competition he was truly a pleasure to run in hunts tests and field trials earning his Master Hunter title and Qualified All Age status, often times coming up with birds that no other dogs could, he left me beaming with pride time and time again. Sired by the great FC AFC Rebel With A Cause, one of the highest point yellows of all time his pedigree is a must see. Drake is a very talented dog and comes from very strong lines, being sired by FC AFC Lanes lets get ready to rumble (Ali) A well known producer. Ali was found to have very successful breedings when bred to FC AFC Hilltops Hayseed females, Drake is the result of one of those breedings. Drake lived up to his expectations and was a great marking dog at a young age earning 28 derby points In his derby career which put him on the national derby list. He quickly followed by getting qualified all age as a 2 year old. He has accumulated 42 all age points in his career and qualified for the 2022 national amateur and went 5 series. In 2022 Drake was ranked number 3 Amateur dog in the nation.
